Design

To carry out study, design, and requirement for the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of water treatment plant and equipment, especially in Mechanical and Electrical scope of works. The process shall include:

1.Water Transfer
2.Aeration
3.Rapid Mixing
4.Flocculation
5.Clarification/ Sedimentation
6.Filtration
7.Chemical Dosing/ Addition

Fabrication and Installation

To fabricate facilities for water treatment plant, for local authorities and industries.

Any Mechanical and Electrical Plant and Equipment/ Services supplied and provided by Pinewater shall be designed and fabricated/ planned as such to ensure highest standards of operational and functional reliability. It shall also be provided with adequate facilities, staff and spare parts for reliable service and maintenance.

All the fabrication and assembly works shall be monitored, recorded, and approved by SIRIM QC Team for quality control prior to delivery to Site, and upon Testing and Commissioning procedures.

Testing & Training

Any Mechanical and Electrical Plant and Equipment supplied by Pinewater shall be tested with the followings:

1.Factory Acceptance Test by SIRIM QC Team/ Client upon delivery of material to Site:
a.Structural Test
b.Simulation Test

2.Site Acceptance Test prior to handing over of material/ services to Client:
a.Functioning Test
b.Water Analysis
